On-Going Maintenance Keeps Your Website Fresh and Appealing

Frequently updating your website with new information is critical for maintaining visitor interest - the more often fresh content gets added, the more reasons you give your visitors for returning to your site. In addition, Google, Bing and other search engines prefer sites that consistently add new content.

Posting fresh information like news, upcoming sales promotions, special events or online competitions gives your target audience a reason to keep coming back. Regularly introducing new features and technologies to your website is also a smart idea. This helps provide a more enjoyable experience for your customers, enabling you to present your products or services in a more efficient or enticing way.

It's our philosophy to develop websites which allow clients to easily login and add or update content. However, some clients are either too busy, or have no interest in managing their own sites. For these clients, B2 Computing offers some affordable site maintentance options to ensure their website continues to serve their business.

Note: Site malfunctions, "bugs", or server issues, which B2 Computing deems not the fault of the Client, automatically take top priority and are fixed at no charge.

Silver Website Maintenance Package - $24.95/month

Perfect for websites that only have occaisional updates and changes that could be completed within one hour per month. A minimum six month commitment is required for this project.

Gold Website Maintenance Package - $49.95/month

Up to ten hours of website maintenance time each month. Have us add new articles, photos, videos, product catalog items, or other content to your site when you don't have time. New site features or functionality can also be requested if they can be completed within the ten hour monthly timeframe. Completion dates are discussed once we receive the support request. Time that is not used within that monthly period does not roll over to the next month. Additional hours may be purchased at a rate of $49.95 per hour. Work on requested changes will begin within 24 hours (not including weekends or holidays). A minimum six-month commitment is required for this package.

Platinum Website Maintenance Package - $149.95/month

Unlimited website maintenance time. The client may determine how their maintenance time is to be alloted, or allow B2 Computing to update the site "as-needed". Work on requested changes will begin within 24 hours (not including weekends or holidays). A minimum six-month commitment is required for this package.

On-Call Support

We also offer "On-Call Support" if a client is not interested in a Site Maintentance Package. On-Call Support is billed at $74.95 per hour. On-call support can be utilized to add new articles, photos, videos, product catalog items, or other content to your site. New features or functionality can also be completed with On-Call Support. Cost estimates and completion dates are discussed once we receive the support request. On-Call Support is completed on a first-come first-served basis.

Emergency Site Updates

B2 Computing accepts Site Update Emergencies from clients not currently under a Maintenance Package. Emergency Site Updates billed at a rate of $99.95 per hour. Emergency Site Updates requested between the hours of 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. CST can usually begin immediately. Emergency Site Update work must be approved by B2 Computing and a 50% deposit of the estimated amount will be required before any work begins. Once the work is approved, B2 Computing will supply an estimated completion time.

Code Repair and Troubleshooting

Our fee for repairing HTML, CSS, PHP or other code that has been modified by the Client or a third party developer is billed at $99.95 per hour. It is more difficult to read through code to find an error than it is to simply code the pages ourselves. We offer our "Code Repair" service to customers who wish to maintain their own pages on designs created by B2 Computing only.
